Home Inspections

A home is inspected by breaking it down into sections, then each section into elements. The inspector then examines each element using three perspectives: Safety, Operation, and Condition.

Radon Testing

Radon is a colorless and odorless gas that is a known carcinogen. The gas moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home through cracks and other holes in the foundation.

Well Flow Test

A well flow test determines if there is enough water to supply a family of 4 living in a residence, or if there is a problem with the well or its associated equipment such as the pump and storage tank.

Water Purity Test

Typically when there is a well supplying the drinking water in the house, the bank will require a water quality test. I will act as an agent for the laboratory by collecting the water sample for them.
